The moment we met Ray and Tabitha for our consultation we had a good feeling. We are so happy we decided to go with them to transform our unfinished basement into a beautiful family recreation area complete with home theatre, pool table, feature wall and beam, wet bar, guest bedroom and 3 piece bathroom. The communication and attention to detail was second to none. We were provided an overall project timeline that was very well managed. We greatly appreciated the long lead time material choices being coordinated early in the process and the friendly and respectful opinions Ray and Tabitha offer for selecting finishes. Further to this, we were advised of the weekly actives in advance so we could understand what was happening on any given day. We were also very happy with how trade access was coordinated and how clean the work area was kept. Ray and Tabitha work very well together and are both so kind and pleasant to be around. They are not just great at what they do they are all around good human beings. We would highly recommend Reside Renovations and are already planning our next project with them.
